Placement Shiksha was born from a simple observation: there's a massive gap between what students learn in college and what the industry actually needs. Our founders, having worked at top tech companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, witnessed this firsthand.
In 2020, we started with a small batch of 20 students, teaching them Data Structures and Algorithms in a way that actually made sense. The results were incredible – 18 out of 20 students landed jobs at product-based companies within 6 months.
Today, we've grown into a comprehensive learning platform with over 5,000 students trained, partnerships with 200+ companies, and a team of 50+ expert mentors. But our core mission remains the same: to help every student achieve their tech career dreams.
